MIAU ORIGINALS, aware of the importance of the privacy of personal data, has implemented a Data Processing Policy aimed at providing maximum security in the use and collection of said data, guaranteeing compliance with the regulations in force and configuring said policy as one of the basic pillars in the lines of action of its entity.

During navigation through the Web Portal may be requested personal data through various forms provided for that purpose and in any case, at the time of purchase of any product displayed on the Portal.

Perez Galdos, 101, 24, Valencia. The company is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Valencia, Volume 10154 folio 92, Page V-171845 inscription 1), called "CLIENTES MIAU ORIGINALS" registered in the AEPD, for the purpose of commercial management by the person responsible for the file. The forms shall include, in all cases, the name and address of the person in charge of the File, the place and manner of exercising the ARCO rights: Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition. These rights must be formalized by means of a written communication to the address of MIAU ORIGINALS, including a copy of the DNI or equivalent identification document of the executor. In the event that this data is not provided, MIAU ORIGINALS reserves the right not to process the request.

In the event that the User provides his/her personal data by means of an electronic mail message, this shall form part of the File, the purpose of which shall be the management of the request or comment made, with the rest of the extremes indicated in the previous paragraph being applicable.

MIAU ORIGINALS shall not transfer the personal data to third parties. Notwithstanding, they may be transferred in those justified cases, prior communication and express consent of the affected party.
