1.Desistimiento de los Pedidos.

1.1 The User has the recognized right of withdrawal of the purchase made through the Online Channel, and therefore, if he/she is not satisfied, and provided that the nature of the purchased good allows it, he/she may return the Product within a maximum period of fourteen 14 calendar days counting from the date of collection at MIAU ORIGINALS or the delivery of the order at the indicated address. 


The return of the Product may be carried out by contacting the Customer Service Department, , informing the order number and the date of purchase, where the steps to be followed will be indicated. You can complete the following withdrawal form withdrawal in accordance with Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.

The refund of the purchase price, where applicable, will be made using the same means of payment with which the Product was purchased.  

In any case, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.   

1.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:  

  • Artículos personalizados. 
  • Sealed music CDs/DVDs that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • NFTs purchased on our platform
  • Goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons which have been unsealed after delivery.

1.3 In any case, for the purposes of making use of the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the Products are in perfect condition and complete, in the case of being part of a set of products. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the same, of products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you should be careful with the product/s while they are in your possession. Products should be returned if possible with the original packaging together with the invoice. Before returning the Product(s), the Customer must ensure that the Product(s) are properly protected and sealed so that they are not damaged in transit.

1.4 Should the product received by the Client be defective from the beginning, MIAU ORIGINALS shall be responsible, whenever possible, for carrying out the substitution for the same product, at no cost to the Client. In the event that, due to availability reasons, the substitution of the product cannot be carried out, another product from the collection shall be offered, and in the event that it does not adapt to the client, the full refund of the purchase shall be carried out.
